Solscribe, operated by Zia CS Services, LLC d/b/a Solscribe, an affiliate of Affordable Solar Group, LLC, operates two separate SMS programs for New Mexico community solar subscribers. Each has its own opt-in checkbox on our enrollment forms — you can join either, both, or neither, and your choice never affects your enrollment or service.

Consent is collected at the first step of the Solscribe enrollment form at solscribenm.com, directly below the mobile-number field, and in the subscriber portal. Each program has its own checkbox — unchecked by default, never required, and never a condition of enrolling. The exact language shown:

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can enroll in community solar without opting in to any SMS notifications.
Each program sends about 1–4 messages per month, varying with your account activity. If you opt in to both programs you may receive up to 8 messages in a busy month, though typical volume is much lower.
You can opt out or get help at any time by texting the following keywords:

Solscribe does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details.
Major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most MVNOs. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and SMS opt-in data are used solely for the purposes described above. We will not share, sell, or rent your phone number or SMS opt-in information to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent records are retained for at least four years.
