That charge is from Solscribe, your community solar subscription in New Mexico. Here is what it is, and how to reach a person if something looks wrong.

Please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank — we can explain it, fix a mistake, or refund a charge much faster than a dispute can.
Questions about the charge
What is SOLSCRIBENM.COM SOLAR on my bank or card statement?
It is your Solscribe community solar subscription. Your electric utility — PNM, El Paso Electric or Xcel Energy — puts a solar credit on your electric bill for your share of a community solar farm. We bill you for those credits minus your discount, so our charge is always smaller than the credit. No credits, no charge.
What is SOLSCRIBE COMM SOLAR?
The same Solscribe community solar charge. SOLSCRIBE COMM SOLAR is the name our earlier card charges carried; newer ones show SOLSCRIBENM.COM SOLAR. On a bank account statement the line starts with SOLSCRIBE.
Why is the amount different each month?
Because your solar credit is different each month. It follows how much the solar farm produced and your utility’s billing cycle, so it is usually larger in sunnier months. Your charge is always that month’s credit minus your discount.
I was a Solstice customer — why am I charged by Solscribe?
Solscribe took over your community solar subscription from Solstice on September 1, 2026. Same solar farm, same bill credits on your electric bill. Your bills come from Solscribe now, and you no longer receive invoices from Solstice.
How can I check the charge is mine?
Sign in at solscribenm.com/subscriber with the email or phone number on your account. We send you a one-time code, so there is no password. Your bills and payments are there. You can also match the charge to the receipt we email after each payment.
